As the NFL season rolls on, Week 7 brings some exciting matchups for football bettors to sink their teeth into. One of the marquee games of the week will feature a Super Bowl rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. This is a chance for Brock Purdy and the 49ers to finally get the best of the Chiefs on the big stage.
But before we get to that highly anticipated matchup, there are plenty of other games to keep fans entertained. The week kicks off with the “Sean Payton Bowl” as the Denver Broncos take on the New Orleans Saints. Unfortunately for the Saints, they will likely be without QB Derek Carr for the second straight game, as well as WR Chris Olave, leaving rookie QB Spencer Rattler to lead the charge.
Moving on to Sunday morning, the New England Patriots will face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London at Wembley Stadium. The Jaguars are coming off a tough loss to the Chicago Bears and will need to regroup quickly for this international showdown. Oddsmakers have the Patriots as slight favorites in this one, with the line hovering around -4.5.
In a crucial NFC North battle, the Detroit Lions will take on the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings are coming off a bye week and will look to continue their momentum against a Lions team that scored an impressive upset victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 6. However, the Lions will be without star defender Aiden Hutchinson, who suffered a broken leg in the previous game.
With so many exciting games on the schedule, football fans are in for a treat in Week 7. From Super Bowl rematches to international matchups, there is no shortage of storylines to follow. So get ready for another action-packed week of NFL football.
